I downloaded gadwin printscreen (free version) recently... my, what a difference it makes only having to do one click for a full screenshot. Thanks for all the tips and suggestions in this thread, very useful indeed.

I use Awesome screenshot. An extension from Google Chrome. It allows visable and full page grab, the ability to edit the grab and be able to store the finished grab online making it easier to share with others if needed.

I just push the "print screen" button and paste it to MS Paint.

Windows 7 has a 'Snipping Tool' which is also good.
