    This sounds useful Fella. Have you a link for it? I'm currently using 'ReminderFox' which is ok, I guess, but I would be interested in looking at this alarm clock.

    I use Automatcher v2.1.1 as it is simple to use for beginners.

    Tried switching everything over to Ultimatcher but it got complicated. I will learn how to use one day soon though!!

    I have recently tidied up my spreadsheet to be quite nice where I use a traffic light system to tell me whether I have completed their offer or not.

    Green = offer complete
    Yellow = funds in account/bets pending
    red = offer still available

    I have now just started a separate "to do" list as I found myself not getting round to the books when they were in red.

    I draw up £200 worth of offers and aim to do them in a week.

    I only started this 2 weeks ago, but I found myself having a much better week with this system in place.

    There's two books which I've not been able to start yet this week but I'm letting myself off on this because I was mad busy with late christmas shopping.

    How does everyone else organise themselves?
    Wow, you guys are all so techno-savvy.

    I use the grey thing between my ears.

    Whilst i am not actually inclined to disagree with where you are coming from, please play nicely

    If someone wants to do that then thats fine its not hurting you is it. They organise it and bet their way, you bet yours, and i will do it mine, none of us is any better than the other we are all just different.
    Have a plan and stick to it

    I use Automatcher on a Mac. Find it covers everything I want. I record all my account usernames andpasswords on it, individual bet details, details of withdrawals and deposits and any cashback. I do however use the basic matcher.xls instead of the matcher on automatcher - just seem to find the layout more straightforward.

    i'm new to match betting and have found some of the spreadsheets a bit overwhelming so have just been using a basic matcher. i can see that some of the more comprehensive ones could make life much easier though so i'm going to start using the Ultimatcher
