did that a few months ago (they gave me 3%) but it expired on April 1st. Might try them again though.

It's worth an email - my 3% offer has been extended till the end of June
I'm also trying to get my head round AH to benefit from the 2% ... but that may take a bit longer

Certainly worth giving it a go - I got 3% to the end of JUne.

pretty straightforward this one. AH-0.5 is the same as match odds but you'll get 2% commission instead of 3%.

Moan and then if you don't get it moan again.
It does work. And you can always go to BetMate if they say no. But I think you'll get it reduced again.

Yep, I'll do that tomorrow, cheers.

BETDAQ commission deals ending?
Just a reminder to anyone (like me) whose current BETDAQ commission deal is ending on 30th June. Probably time to get emailing to BETDAQ to get those deals extended.

How does everyone phrase their email to Betdaq when they go cap in hand asking for better commission?
I tend to tell them I'd like them to match Betmate as I could go get the same odds there on 3%. Seems to work so far.
I much prefer Betdaq to Betfair or Betmate, mostly due to the 'price check' button, so not sure if I'd actually up sticks if they turned me down though

I just say because of the current commission deal I use BETDAQ when I'd otherwise use another exchange. Will they be extending the deal past (whenever)? Look forward to hearing from you.
Then wait with fingers crossed!
I too like BETDAQ, but I find their phantom money a bit worrying from time to time, and there's often less liquidity than Betfair. I like to have both in my pocket, but I suspect if BETDAQ didn't give me lower commission than Betfair, I probably wouldn't use it so much.

I basically tell them the same thing each time:
"Could you possibly extend the reduced commission? I have been using Betdaq for the most part since you introduced reduced commission, but if the commission reverts to the old rates I will most likely move back to Betfair, as they have more markets and greater liquidity and I could use Betmate as a back-up, as they have 3% standard commisssion and 2% on AH markets".
It has worked fine every time. This time it only took them about 10 minutes to e-mail me their reply and confirm I was on the reduced deal for another 3 months.
