    Betmate/Betdaq Commission

I've been reading in a few forums that the 2% commission offer from Betdaq ends on the 31st December and it doesn't get renewed unless you have a load of points (which i haven't cos i'm just starting!).

Most people were suggesting switching to Betmate which is apparently exactly the same as Betdaq but charges 3% commission as standard. Can anyone confirm this? (i can't find any mention of commission on the website).

Also, has anyone evr had any problems with Betmate?

    Cheers

I can confirm this - it is exactly the same company with identical liquidity - just a different skin. It made me laugh with Bdaq offering people 4% or 3.5% - why would anyone take this when 3% is on offer as a starting point!

The actual skin at Betmate IMO isn't as aesthetically pleasing but is very usable - I have withdrawn all my money from Bdaq + Bmate though for the moment as I think there will be about 50% of their profitable customer base withdrawing all their funds at the end of the commission holiday and I'm curious to see what happens!!!

so do you reckon its worth getting in touch with Betdaq and threatening (nicely!) to move to Betmate/Betfair in the hope they keep the commission at 2%?

I asked and they've given me 3% as a goodwill gesture until the end of March so I'll be sticking with them unless the liquidity gets a lot worse......

Think I will join Betmate as i'm in the same situation as mattnorth with next to no points so no discount on the commission.

Do TGT do any cashback for joining Betmate through this site?

Betmate is not listed in TGT at the moment.

My goodwill gesture from Betdaq is 3.5% till end of March. Is Betmate possibly going on the TGT list sometime?
