They have very restricted lines overnight, because it is Sunday PM they will have probably locked most of them. Try again tomorrow and you will find it all OK.

Turned out I was trying to place an invalid bet (chose one that had to be 1 of 3, it was a winner too). Betting doesn't come natural for me...

That won didnt it? When you come to withdraw they will want ID but once it is sent you should be paid very quickly, any feedback ir problems with them would be good, im not going to send them new customers and promote them if they are rubbish.
