Which i assume to mean that there is 3 criteria for VIP status,

    1) all documents provided
    2) uploaded £7000 to gaming platforms
    3) hit your outgoing transaction limit after completing 1.

    So i have done 1 and 2, but to do 3 i need to send ~£20,000 .

Do you reckon that i can reach this by sending money back and forth between me and a friend?

Might send them and email anyway complaining about the misleading info in the first email i got.
If thats the case is it possible to hold two accounts with Moneybookers? i.e. one in £ and the other in $ so to avoid all the conversion costs......?

Yea, once you are a VIP you can open a second account in a different currency. Thats the entire point of VIP.

I really wouldn't try that because the transactions going between you both may appear to be money laundering in the eyes of Moneybookers. If they deemed the transactions suspicious, you'll likely have your accounts frozen and, by law, they must report it to the Serious Organised Crime Agency. I kid you not.

I would agree with Munk that to upload thousands to Moneybookers simply with the intent of withdrawing again isn't right.

The best way to justify what you're attempting to do is to "meet them halfway" and to utilise what you deposit and this can be done quite simply.

If you found two 33/1 shots in different close together horse races at books and found you could lay for pretty much no loss or maybe a small profit, to lay 2 £50 back stakes would require £3.3k-ish in BF.

For me, that's completely acceptable. If you win both bets at BF then sure, the commission you've earned hasn't covered the cost they've paid to accept your deposit but you did utilise your deposit. Even if just one BF lost then, by default, someone on the other side of the bet probably made around £1650 and has to pay maybe £70 or £80 in commission which may well cover the the cost of accepting your deposit.

As I've said before, my OH received VIP status after just one transaction using Moneybookers which was £5k into Betfair. IMO their implementation of their "rules" to get to VIP status seems to be not set in stone which is a polite way of saying haphazard
