I have both, i dont notice a difference, moneybookers probably more for bookmakers and neteller for casinos, but there really is not a lot in it.
Have a plan and stick to it
Don't think there's much in it like Andy says, but 2 things worth considering:

Probably best to try and get both in $ if possible.
i opened neteller in USD, try to upgrade moneybookers to VIP level soon for EUR currency, because i got PLN currency as my primary.
from what i see, neteller withdrawal is 1$ (that's what they wrote, don't try it personally).
I have reached my limit and can't use my acc for 90 days now..asked for vip and was told no..
so now I have a useless mb account!
VIP status given
Just got my VIP Moneybookers Account the other day, what do you do to get the second Account in USD - just email them?
I am hoping to start the US Books within a few days.
Best to email them to ask, but basically they will probably tell you to open the second account, ignore any warnings you get and then email them once you've done it to let them know.

OK I'm belatedly after VIP status at MB. Just for two reasons really: one is the dual currency thing & the other is that if you ever have hassle (i.e. fraud) issues I think VIP customers have a much better chance of getting it sorted!
Anyway, I wrote to them & asked wot I need to do & they replied:
I have checked your Moneybookers account to see if you're eligible for the VIP programme.
Please be advised that in order to obtain and maintain VIP status you need to transfer at least £5,000 with Moneybookers to any gaming platform every 30 days. Upon completing the initial transaction volume, please contact me again and I will happily include you in the VIP programme.
So to get to the point & my question: Uploading £5K to a bookie is not a problem, mainly because I'm about to withdraw that kind of amount from Pinny so it'll be in my MB anyway. However, will just doing this once be enough to get me MB status AND keep it? Because going on past usage I'm unlikely to be transferring £5K through MB every month.
That is interesting...
I don't think I do 5k every month, but I don't really keep track either.
Since they made VIP fee-free (all fees refunded at the end of the month) they seem to have tightened up entry requirements.
I would be surprised if you had a problem once you were granted VIP status to be honest so long as you continue to use your accounts to a decent level and make them money

... and still a VIP.
As Slim has said with the withdrawals and refunding of fees, maybe just be aware of the things like that... so don't request fourteen cheques a month kinda thing (joking but you know what I mean).
