Moneybookers VIP
I just got an email saying my Moneybookers account has been upgraded to being a VIP account
While it gives me no limits which is nice and a direct email addy for questions is there any other benefits for those that have it?
Some I think have mentioned they are allowed multi currency accounts? I havent been offered this in the email, do you need to ask for this?

Have a look here:

Basically the main benefit is the lack of limits and since Christmas they've also removed the deposit fees on debit/credit cards for VIP members. The vip@ email is actually a decent benefit as well I think, I've always had problems sorted very quickly (max response time is 6hrs I think to queries addressed to vip@).
You also get to have two accounts in different currencies as you say - I've got one gbp and one usd. I just emailed them to enquire about an extra account in USD and they said yes that's fine, register the new account and let us know the details so we can set the status on that account to VIP as well. All very easy.

Yep thats what I got, looks quite cool when you log in!
will have to ask for a US account option on top of my AUD currently, thanks
I use Neteller for GBP
I upload funds via Poli straight from bank account and its free so no need to use credit cards which is good

When I asked for VIP they said no.
Heroes even asked their moneybookers rep to help as I was moaning to them about moneybookers exchange rates!
What sort of ammounts are you putting through moneybookers every week to get it?

I was told 10k per 30 day period.
You could always just try doing that to Betfair, which is how I did it (I didn't keep all the 10k in after I got it though).

I just added up mine and it's £15k for the past month and if sports-1 ever pay me I'll have another £4k to add to that!
I'll nag them some more!

Are you hitting your outgoing transfer limit at Moneybookers though? That was the overriding factor for me, I kept hitting the outgoing transaction limit regularly and it was getting very frustrating having to go back to MB each time to ask them to increase the limits again. Actually I think it was only a couple of times I asked them and after that they just put the VIP status on the account which was nice.

Maybe that's it, I've never hit a limit. I'll make the effort to get hit that, maybe that will flag something up.
My outgoing limit is £19662.50p (nice round number?? ) for a 90 day period, still got £8k to go.
Shouldn't be too hard with the March Madness malarky plus Cheltenham.

Yep hopefully... I was hitting it a lot when I was doing horse arbing back last year, could be a very good time to do some horsie arbing as well next week eh
