    Problem with deposit at bet24.com

    Hey guys,

A few days ago I deposited £60 at bet24.com using their Instant Internet Bank service (which operates through a service run by Citadel Commerce). It gave me a unique reference number, and then I was instructed to send the money to the bank account details given to me by the Citadel Commerce Instant Transfer page. I set up the transfer online from my bank account to the correct details with the correct reference number, but 3 days later still no funds in my bet24 account. I have contacted both bet24 (who have replied to me) and Citadel Commerce (but they are still to get back to me).

Anyone have any suggestions as to what I should do?

    Chris

I am afriad i can not help i have never used that payment method before. All i would say though is that Bet24 would not just steal the money and im sure it cant just vanish and will turn up. But im afraid i dont know how or where that will happen.
Have a plan and stick to it

I guess Ill just sit this one out and wait and see what happens. I have been pestering Citadel Commerce for some information. Perhaps it is just tied up in the system.... Anyway, lesson learnt - always use moneybookers where available!!!

Not going to be of much use but just to say I once deposited by debit card into bet24 and the transaction didn't appear to go through as my balance remained £0. I did it again and my balance reflected one deposit. A few days later my balance doubled to reflect both deposits had gone through. Although it's a different situation, I guess such things can occur now and then but at least you're dealing with (IMO) a good book so hopefully between them and CC it'll be sorted for you soon.

Thanks musicbox! After some emailling back and forth to bet24 and Citadel Commerce, they found the missing funds and dredited my account with a nice beefy £30 free bet! (Coz of their offer rather than for the inconvenience caused, but nevertheless, a sweet offer!)

Thanks everyone for your support regarding this issue!
