Well another quick update for you today and things are getting curiouser.

As I said last week I received an e-mail from moneybookers saying that they had investigated, I was grossly negligent and to take them to FSA.

Well after the advice of some here and on the other forum I e-mailed Marathon/Panbet.

Today I received a very interesting e-mail back saying that Panbet/Marathonbet are still awaiting Moneybookers to contact them to investigate it and to get the case re-opened.

So where I stand I don't know but I will be "trying" to take this up further with moneybookers and now potentially the FSA as it sounds like moneybookers have not actually investigated it any further. Just told me to BOG off.
