    Sportingbet.com - complaints thread

Regular complaint - being cited as non-recreational and them withholding bonus.

Solution - Contact their compliance department, compliance@sportingbet.com and forward it to Alderney Gaming Commission too.
Have a plan and stick to it

Just to update you on my recent gripe with this book, Andy. It was my error - I had got the details of an out of date promo from some site and thought they were current. I got the actual current bonus of £25 SNR no problem so no complaints here.

A newbie error, I know. All that wagering (10 x £15) for nowt! What a berk!

As I recall, they ran a 5% weekly reload for years. A small number of people had the bonus and their winnings revoked, which got them on the SBR shitlist.

Personally, I've had nothing but good experiences there, but it is worth bearing in mind if you are a high-stakes arbitrageur that there are potential problems here.

    sportingbet £50 bonus stake limits

joined sportingbet for the £50 free bet offer. placed my qualifying bet with no problems, had to prompt them for the free bet and then discovered my account had stake limits applied to it. this meant i could not bet the £50 in 1 go and i had to make 4 different smaller bets to release the cash. online support were no help just advised me to bet less. still got the money out in the end but found it annoying that they were happy to take my qualifyer at any odds but then restricted the amount i could win back (on 1 event) with the free bet funds.
