Thanks to Bioboybill, munk, Madmick50 and U4EA for four excellent posts, the link to mbassist.co.uk and the 1x2/+0.5 tip, can only say that I wish I'd known about these tips sooner in terms of meeting wagering requirements and avoiding Betfair commission on events with three outcomes before. Looks like I should sign up with 12bet and Pinnacle once I've got the float to make the most of their introductory offers.

Hi, welcome to the forum
Another good one to have is SBOBet, they don't have an intro offer though which is actually a good thing in as much as you don't have to worry about 'tying up' money there. They're along the same lines as 12bet and 188bet and actually are often better than those on prices. As far as I know they're a reputable place as well, so worth having an account there as a 'goto' book.
(Actually only just realized I said all of this in the 2nd post on this thread, I thought it was somewhere else oops. )
But anyway yes SBO are great / worth having for sure, I didn't bother with them for a long time mainly for the (daft in hindsight) reason that they didn't have an SUB, but since I joined they have taken over for me actually as a goto book instead of 12bet or 188bet.
Pinny are perhaps out there on their own, there's nothing like Pinny really in terms of the number of lines they offer on each match/event. I'm not sure they actually do an SUB (start up bonus) either any more(?), so again you wouldn't be tying money up there.
Just some food for thought.

When manually searching for dutches, is the best way to use American odds? So far my dutches have been few and far between, using beatbookies. I plan to change that in the New Year but have always found it time consuming to find dutches. What happens if a bookie doesn't allow American odds, do people type the possible odds into a SS to find out instead?
One day you have it........Next it's AllGone

This link is useful for converting between us/decimal:

If it's a 2 way dutch then US odds are actually easier to find profitable arbs with (well, it makes the process of checking whether an arb is profitable easier, doesn't make the job of finding the arbs in the first place any easier).
If a bookie doesn't have US odds then you could use an odds comparison site that lists the bookie that does have US odds.
