Cybernox- Not a couple of days for the website but for money it wont be resolved in near future any hope is October.
Butjoint - The question that needs to be asked how can you process the information that I have provided to your advantage and get the money out and if possible add to it.
If people are interested in more info, I will keep on posting as and when I get it.

The question stands - without some insight into where you are getting this 'info' from or if you employed by heroes in some capacity it's impossible say if it has any merit at all.

I am the player that won $38K from Heroes Casino, the "Westland Bowl" guy. During the six months that it took for me to get paid, I came to think that Heroes Casino would not pay me even after being shown proof that I didn't use a bot or that the software was not faulty. After I talked with them in January, I realized they were very pissed that I turned $200 into $38,000. At one time, I agreed to a 50% payout but after they still kept stalling I reversed and adamantly refused to accept 50%. I guess they were pissed about that too and from then on they just didn't want to pay my winnings at all costs.
It was Heroes Casino that refused to pay me even after being shown the results of testing of the Galewind casino software that it was fair and random. See the pertinent post here: Eloit Jacobson's certification of Galewind Software Galewind didn't have to pay me, they did it under their own volition and desire to make right the situation. Pulling the casino was justified in light of Heroes owners stubborn refusal to do the right thing. This is Galewind's side of things: Galewind President's statement on Heroes Casino situation
For a casino that once advertised $20K a hand blackjack and $50K a spin in roulette, and having not having to pay me, and furthermore having a substantial funds from the sale of Oasis Casino/Sportsbook in 2006, I would think that Heroes would have substantial reserves to pay these number of people with only $1k or $2K withdrawal requests. I guess the owners are refusing to dip into their personal funds to make right the situation.

I think with Sean Dillon's extreme contempt for forums it's very unlikely the poster works for Heroes. Moneybookers seem to have been quite indiscrete about the situation, and I expect any VIP who asks the right questions will be able to confirm if the statements ring true or otherwise.

I wonder if their website host has pulled the plug. End of first week of the month, not impossible.
It's been clear for a while they haven't had the money for payouts, but the question was always whether they could stagger on until a new casino came online, and the nfl season brought increased cashflow. Many books operate like this, and are essentially bankrupt in summer by any normal definition, but emerge fine in october or so. However if things have got so bad they can't pay their host, that's definitely the end of the line.
We'll see on Monday I guess.

The heroes affiliates site is up and running. It went down when the heroes casino site went down and came up when the heroes casino briefly reappeared. When I looked at the IPs last night I figured they would probably be hosted by the same company.

Yes cybernox.
HeroesCasino's IP is 216.152.173.236 and HeroesAffiliates IP is 216.152.173.171. So they are probably hosted by the same company.

HeroesCasino slow pay reports.
I have spoken to Sean Dillon a few times last week but he did not say or add anything new or that would help. The one actual positive I take from it is that I told him he had said he would pay ArmyVet by now and he hadnt so at the very least he owed him an apolagy and an update. To be fair, he did phone him the next day and apoligise and update him. Still hasnt sent him any $s though has he! But he did do that, which if he thought the website would go down this weekend never to return I dont think he would have done.
Have a plan and stick to it
