I'm not in Heroes atm (good luck all who are) I & deliberately avoid posting on this thread most of the time.
However I have to say, the "trying to bust out" theory, whether aimed at Heroes or anywhere else, is just about the least logical thing I've ever heard in my life. It's as logical & as fatally flawed as trying to double up on roulette until you win. Perfect in theory. Useless in practice.
You either think you're going to get paid somewhere or not. If you do then no need to bust out. If you don't then why back there & lay somewhere else hoping to bust out? Just lay somewhere else.
Just my 2p
Not a strategy I can recommend either and that comes from having tried it and paid the price. When Premierbet first started slow paying I carried on with a few bets to clear my balance and on my very last bet before busting out I hit the inevitable winner, a South American game where the away side was I think 8 or 8.5 to win. You can guess the rest.It wasnt for big bucks ( less than £100 ) and as it turned out Jenningsbet kindly came to the rescue so nothing lost but a lesson learned. I still have a small balance at Heroes but will not be playing it until/if this all clears up. No, trying to arb your way out of anywhere you think you will not get paid is not the answer. As Fella has said,if you are so confident the bets will lose just lay them and keep your balance at the book on the off chance you may still get paid.
Just to update, the site appears to have been down for a few days. They've had outages before of course, but I don't remember them being for this long.
Maybe they're moving to the new look/new server/new site?
Maybe they're dead and buried.
I await the outcome with baited breath!
Just to add onto Fella's comments - think of the risk this way - if you're attempts at "busting out" fail, you have effectively lost the money where you were matching/laying, and since you're not getting paid from this book, you've lost the money there aswell, so you're taking a huge risk and there is no logical reason to do it. In actual fact, I would deem this practive tantamount to chasing losses.

Good luck with this guys.
Cyberluck pulled Heroes Casino's license to operate. That is why the site is down.
The site continues down!
Someone you know something?
Forgive me for my naivity but is there nowhere we can complain to or turn to for advice regarding heroes?
For example if I have a complaint with an Aussie bookmaker I can have help from the gambling authorities can't I?
Why isn't this the case with heroes?
I'm not really wanting to complain about them because I understand their problems but I just want my money - even if it was paid a small amount per week - I'm more than happy to wait a little more if it mean't me receiving it finally.
Hello to everyone,
I have some money in Heroescasino too, 3000€ precisely, and waiting for them since September. The 15th March I sent an email in order to have some info, and they responded on 16th :
"We are doing all we can from this side to have this merger resolved, it has been long enough not only for you but us as well.
I hope to have more information by the end of the week."
The following day the website went down. I guess they are implementing the new site.
I am pretty sure they are definitely dead. I have been waiting for any payment for almost a year and received nothing, only lies from that thief Sean Dillon. Its finished.
