We need to contact every source possible, call them, email them, search every gambling forum for info - you should not be giving up money so easily.
We are ALL entitled to our winnings (providing you have met the w/r (like me)) and I for one will not give this up without a fight - it's a fifth of my profit over 6 years and I'll be damned if I'm going to kiss it goodbye!
I can't believe there is nobody who can help us such as a gambling commission who can insure peoples money against this happening
I agree, you cant just leave the money when someone simply pack the coffer without even saying goodbye.
I found the following regarding Heroescasino posted on the other forum 2 days ago:
The UK-registered business that I believe still owns them - Island Runners - is not yet listed as dissolved with Companies House, and I can't find any evidence of a petition for dissolution.
For what it's worth, in today's London Gazette, Island Runners gave notice of changing its registered office:

I'm not sure, but could someone check please if this number 570-708-8782 could be actually their phone number?
And anyone know how to use USPS Express Mail or USPS Certified Mail, to send email?

I'm only aware of this one and sbr but if more people are aware of it the better. The USPS mail is a 'United states postal service' so I 'm guessing it is not something non US people could use easily.
How to Send USPS Express Mail
Maybe for those people that have a lot of money with Heroes, the solution could be talking with a lawyer. Ok, you'll have to pay him, but rather than lose all the money...

The main reason I'm searching for an option how to contact them is to find out what is really going on. If they eventually hit the fan, fine. I could probably accept that although this doesn't mean I will just leave my money without at least trying to find a way to get it back. But if they really go bust, I want to hear that from Sean Dillon in person or at least from some other of their official representatives.
It's quite depressive when someone promises month after month for almost 9 months you'll get paid, later even encourages you with the merging news, but then just two months after that closes the door and disappears.
anybody knows anything!?!
No heard anything. Sent an email to Sean the other day and it bounced back.
I dont know if Andy is in contact with Sean at all..?
I cannot add anything. As soon as (if?) I can I will.
