HeroesCasino off-line; attempting sale of brand
HeroesCasino (SBR rating D) is currently off-line while ownership is attempting to sell the brand. Heroes was the subject of SBR's February 5th report which chronicled Heroes slow-pays; thirteen players have reported being owe $78,165.9. SBR has learned that investors will be meeting in the next week with present HeroesCasino ownership to discuss the potential sale, the sportsbook is expected to be off-line until then.
I don't want to give out any false hope as I feel there have been so many "false hope" statements and events regarding heroes, but, for anyone that doesn't frequent the SBR site on a regular basis ---

Potential Heroes buyer meeting with current ownership this morning
HeroesCasino (SBR rating D-) is still off-line. On March 30th SBR reported that Heroes was attempting to sell the brand. SBR has received confirmation that a potential Heroes buyer is meeting with current ownership this morning. SBR has told Heroes account holders that the odds of the sportsbook coming back online are low despite ongoing discussion. Heroes players that have filled out sportsbook complaint forms are currently owed $78,165.19.
I cannot add anything. As soon as (if?) I can I will.
From reading this from SBR breaking news I guess this is it then Andy or is their a slim chance to be paid??
Surely if a buyer comes in we are all ok?
As yet we have had NO OFFICIAL word from Heroes have we?

HeroesCasino will remain off-line
HeroesCasino (SBR rating D-) has failed to consummate a deal with new ownership as expected. HeroesCasino will remain off-line pending a bailout from another sportsbook, or a potential new buyer.
The last meaningfull talk I had with Sean Dillon was when he contacted me and was furious that somebody had quoted him as saying no more payouts would be made, threatening me with lible and slander and generally making it very clear he had not said that. He said things were still going through.
Since then I have not had anything of substance other then occasional "things are still progressing" but I wouldn't have expected to be told any different. I am a contact of his on "MSN chat" and he is still logging in although for the past few weeks "on a mobile device". Read into that what you will.
He did (a LONG time ago) promise me that if/when it is just "Game over" he would tell me, just an E-mail saying Game Over would do. He has not sent that E-mail and would have no reason not to. But still its a moot point, it does not look good to say the least now.
Yes, for those who may not have seen the other updates, there was a longshot that Heroes would get some cash from a buyer. We know that the party flew to Curacao and found the debt and cash needed to be much more than quoted by Heroes.
