I feel for you guys that haven't got paid! I was one of the lucky ones that was able to get my funds out of there thanks to Andy and his open communication with him last year.
If I was still owed money I'd start gathering the names and amounts owed by Sean Dillon hire a bouty hunter and pay the guy 10-20% of what is collected to find this guy and make him pay!
What is our protection of another book doing the same thing??? I guess do your homework and only use top tier books but then you miss out on those juicy bonuses.
Anyways I hope Sean Dillon mysteriously shows up and pays everyone that is owed but that is not looking too hopeful at the moment.
What puzzles me is I talked to the guy several times last year on the phone to work out my balance and he seemed like the nicest guy in the world and wanted to take care of all his customers. Then he just disappears. I guess there is always two sides to the story.
Online blackjack guide and Pete Andrews. Haven't heard those names in awhile. I quit surfing over there when the Americans go shafted and we were banned by a good majority of the casinos out there a few years ago. Pete made me a few dollars with some offers that were just offered to people in a private forum. The good ole days!
That is where my crazy journey started using the sportsbooks. I think that is where I first ran into kidpoker and a few other guys that taught me the ropes. I remember asking one guy that introduced me to arbitrage "What is a moneyline? Is it where you deposit your money? LOL And the rest is history!
Hope Pete Andrews gets something done to find these idiots and helps get the money you guys are owed.
Just in case any clarification was needed the $s here are gone, and there are no assets left to sell. The last attempts at a merger failed when the South African investors pulled out. The amount owed to players is a low six figure sum and there is no prospect of any recovery through a fresh deal. We have been told the management still have intentions of trying to reconcile to clients at some point. However we at TheGamblingTimes believe there is no prospect of recovery, (we have been wrong before though). I personally (Andrew Heaford) have written off my balance 100% now.
If anyone has any specific questions please post here and TGT will try to get an answer if possible. (I would stress though that in my opinion no matter what happens from here, the $s are gone, it may be a better use of time to just move on)
Seeing as the above is not favoured are we all too write the money off then???
I still stand by the fact that at least one of the owners of heroes WILL earn some money again before they die and they should be forced to pay debts they owe before their wage hits their bank - in the same way the CSA works i.e. they take their chunk and you are left with whats left.
