Whilst it may be 100% fair to assume that the owner/s will have some form of income in the future and that they may have their own personal assets now too, that is irrelevant if the law in relation to this debt and this company (jurisdiction and how it has been set up) does not allow for the recovering of company debt through the removal of personal assets or personal incomes.

Well that law/ruling sucks then doesn't it? What is to stop them from doing this time and time again...................nothing that's what.

No Reaper-Sean Dillon, wondered what happened to him...god that was a horrible time begging for my money back. £2.2k vanished.

Pretty much, although he did come back and ask for his real name (possibly) to be removed. ArmyVet has it if you are interested. But I think most people wrote it all off a while ago.

He said he had recieved death threats over it all to me once. I believe he got the threats he had no reason to lie about that and so I did take down that post. It was all a big mess really.
