Found a forum post says there are four employees at Heroes. Found:
1) Sean Dillon
2) James Ford ("Senior VP Player services", lol)
3) Joe Tambyn (Silent Group NV) - although post on another site has him as Joe Tamblyn.
Heroes Casino - JSSports - rogue casino
4) Xavora, aka Laeticia Curtin (Laeticia Curtin (xavora) on Twitter).
Is there any way we make anything out of this.
Start praying that the site comes back, people deposit for NFL, Moneybookers allow transactions, and if you are very lucky you may see your money.

If they do get back on-line it will be a massive struggle to get people to start wagering , even bigger to get new sign ups. They have been destroyed by all the different forums with threads like this , which in my mind rightly so. We all have a duty to each other on whatever is your forum of choice to warn and educate people on scam books, and not to entice people to deposit when they think things are going wrong , hoping that they will get paid themselves. I'm certainly not saying that it happens here , but there is a few selfish people out there on other forums that do this.
Just found this on a google search:
More that Meets the Eye to Dispute Between Heroes and Gale Wind
Type Online Report
Based on evidence provided to Wheretobet.com by Heroes Casino staff, it appears that public statements made by Gale Wind, Heroes' ex-casino software provider, appear to have been false.
Heroes Casino and Gale Wind had a dispute after a player known as "Westland Bowl" won an unusual amount of money playing casino games at Heroes. Heroes alleged an error in the software, and asked that Gale Wind submit their source code for audit.
Representatives from Gale Wind made public statements in forums stating that they did in fact offer to make their source code available, as requested.
From the evidence that we have reviewed, it very much appears to be the case that Gale Wind did in fact refuse to provide source code, contrary to their public statements made to the contrary.
Due to payout problems (delays and backlogs), Heroes Casino will retain its currently less than positive payout rating. However, it appears to us that Gale Wind may have indeed had a very good reason to be the ones to to pay Westland Bowl his winnings.
Seems to tie in with the information posted by 'Inform'
Have to say I was always pretty suspicious as to why Gale Wind paid out, when they had no obligation at all to do so.
maybe Gale Wind knew they were wrong .. but just wanted to save their reputation.
That's just my point though - when they choose to pay out, it's inevitably seen as a tacit admission they were in the wrong (regardless of what actually happened).
I have been told that the website is currently down due to "technical issues". It is put down as "horrible timing" and that this does "compound the problem". The support E-mail is still operational and will be answered apparantly.
Despite specifically asking there was no idication given of when the site will be back up.
Have a plan and stick to it
Response from Certified Fair Gambling
My name is Eliot Jacobson and I am president of Jacobson Gaming, LLC and Certified Fair Gambling.
Certified Fair Gambling (CFG) audited blackjack and the RNG at Galewind Software. This audit was extensive and exhaustive -- we threw everything in the book at their software to check for statistical bias.
As an independent auditing company, CFG is obligated to give opinions based on all the facts obtained during the auditing process. It is the opinion of CFG that the casino blackjack software and RNG offered by Galewind software is fair and unbiased. It is the opinion of CFG that the casino blackjack software and RNG offered by Galewind software at the time of the incident with Westland Bowl was operating in a fair and unbiased fashion during his play.
The article quoted by Lelli Kelli is unfounded heresay. Given what has gone on in this thread, that "evidence provided by Heroes Casino staff" would be seen for what it is worth. Even the most basic journalistic style would have Wheretobet.com contact Galewind for a response, which they did not do.
There was no mathematical or statistical basis whatsoever for Heroes Casino to make its claims about Galewind software being defective.
A complete account of the incident with Westland Bowl, together with the comlete text of CFG's reply summarizing our findings, and the follow up from Galewind software, is available here:
