Take it to e-COGRA and ultimatly the regulator if its 888.com
I suspect you will get the deposit and winnings but the account is gone either way...
Worth a go if nothing else
Which casino are you talking about? You should be able to get your deposit AND winnings if it is covered by eCogra.
Genuine Question = Who funds eCogra?

It's a similar relationship to the Financial Ombudsman Service for UK Financial Services to its funding organisations (Banks and Life Companies primarily).
I choose this comparison becuase having worked in regulated FS complaints for years it appears the organisations take a similar approach - eCogra has a player focussed approach but never sets a precedent in its decisions.
Thus Cassava can get away with its current rogue behaviour and be wrapped on the knuckles on an individual case and roll over - but will happily carry on the same behaviour and hope that the player doesn't take matters further (which given the apathetic view which is human nature, many players will not - for every player who squeals on forums like this and casinomeister there will be many that shrug their shoulders and give up).
Going back to Giblethead's specific issue, if it is 888/Casino-on-net they are covered by eCongra and previous experience suggests that complaining to eCogra will get you your deposit and winnings (assuming of course that you have not been up to some slightly suspect activity yourself). There is nothing to lose and its a free complaints service so why wouldn't you take it further?
Have you mistyped it deliberately?

The only suspect activity I've been engaged in is lots of low-stakes bets on Blackjack, but there's nothing in the T&Cs to show that this is not allowed. I will take the issue up with eCogra and hope for the best. I'll let you know how I get on.
Update: I took this to eCogra, and they took it up with 888.com. After three days of investigation 888.com unlocked my account, and I could withdraw my winnings! I can even play there again if I want... (Not that I do, of course.)
Big thanks to you guys for the help on here. I'd have not known how to do this without your assistance.
I have been banned from Foxy,Costa,City and 888 because of excessive use of free games????!!!
It took 4 emails before I got to the bottom of why all my accounts were suddenly blocked. It seems triggered off by the fact that last thursday I won 25.00 with Foxy Bingo, which was miracle as there were 4000+ players.
As a housebound and disabled person, I have very limited income but do deposit and pay out for small price tickets as well as free play.
I now have lost my only hobby and contact with the outside world. Very upset and have told them so. Any further advice please?

Hey Lolly. Plenty more sites that you can play on, in fact there are hundreds of them, plus Im sure you are going to make plenty of good friends here.
