They are more careful now in my opinion (I'm speaking of 888 casino/sports group).
From my experience they basically stop offering you their promotions once your withdrawals exceed your deposits by a certain margin.

just an update, they are still quite rogue, only that my bonus abuse lasted about 3-4 months with them..
they blocked my accoutns and won't return my account balance/winnings
taking it to E-Cogra now... let's wait and see ;p
