Coral technical issues..... check your accounts

Not sure this is the correct forum....

I was looking at my Coral account yesterday and noticed it was £100 down. My statement showed a debit card withdrawal and an £20 bet on euro roulette, both on the 24th Sep around 8pm. I didn't recognise either of the transactions so sent a message to their CS. They just responded they had some technical problems that affected some customer accounts, which has now been resolved, and my account is now part of the ongoing investigation.

So it might pay to look at your account statement for that day and see if anything untoward has happened. The withdrawal actually hit my bank account so only £20 down courtesy of a roulette game which I never played.

The £20 has now reappeared in my account, so not out of pocket anymore. Nice one Coral.

I'll move the thread to the player support area. Thanks for the heads up.
