    Mansion 88 missing wagers

Just been on to M88 live chat to confirm how much I had to wager. It transpires that there is no record of 2 wagers I placed in August and thus my wagering figure is rather different to theres. I checked my notes and luckily my balance is correct so they should be able to see that there is a mistake. Just rather worrying. Also in my account statement I cannot see any records of wagers placed prior to today.

Anyone else had any issues with these guys?

My issues is the stupid flaming £100 limits. I have no idea what WR I have here (£3000ish I think?) from their £90 SUB but I doubt I'm very far through it. £100 chunks will take me a while. I need to get on it.

Seems to me that they've gone a little downhill? Always seem to be lots of void bets on their little list...

I think you can do multiple bets on the same selection. Did it with the partybets reloads earlier in the month and bust out my entire £500 balance in one, with £250 bets. Agree with you, wouldn't go back there, atrocious site, piss poor CS and reports of bet cancellations.

They took back bonuses when I signed up, I think they cocked up the awarding of bonuses somehow and so just decided to take the bonuses out of peoples account... I suppose in a way that's fair enough BUT it'd be nice to be told - plus I think there was some controversy over it at the time.

Post #35 in this thread is what happened to me:

    http://www.thegamblingtimes.com/boar...06-09-a-2.html

When I signed up the T&C said £100 bonus, then they decided (incorrectly) that they'd got the exchange rate wrong, so withdrew £10 en masse from lots of GBP players... not the end of the world but a bit of a liberty and pretty shoddily/rudely done.

I was just glad to bust straight ouf of the wagering there, they sound like a bit of a law unto themselves (taking money from my account without a word kind of confirmed that as well).

No you can't, they impose a limit per match of £100.

I have also had the same problem, since the website 'upgrade' all transactions only show up until 03rd Aug 09 on the first window and then the second window only show bets made for the latest week, so there is a 'black hole' with none of my bets made during this time showing anywhere in the account.

I had to email live chat and ask how much I had wagered, explaining that I had missing transactions on my account, they checked for me and confirmed how much I still had to wager before I made a withdrawal.

Was the figure they gave you accurate? As they had the August wagers missing from my amount wagered.

The figure was accurate, however it took a bit of cajoling with livechat for them to see what I was getting at. I had to ask them to go right back to when I first deposited (£300 deposit & £90 SUB) then get them to tell me exactly how much I had wagered since my sign up. I knew I had wagered just over 3k so was not too far away from the full WR but I didnt want to give them the chance to decline my withdrawal request if all my transactions were not showing. The quality of the operaters on Live chat is a bit hit & miss though, you may have to be persistant.
