    Bwin blocked account.

    Hi there,

I have had an account with Bwin now for a couple of years and was pretty much limited very early on.
I went to log into my account today and it says it has been disabled and to contact customer support. Spoke to the guy there and he says it has been disabled by the security team.
I use it for horses pretty much every day, nothing unsual really £25 is what im limited to on most bets.
He said he would email security team and then email me back to let me know whats going on. I am verified at Bwin with all documents they required a while back.
I only have about £150 in there, but am a bit miffed why this has happened.
Anyone else had this happen and if i get no joy whats the route to follow.

    Thanks
    Jay

I've no personal experience but I have read elsewhere of security blocking accounts at Bwin. Accounts do get locked from time to time at various places so I wouldn't worry just yet, it may be something that can be cleared up no problem if you've done nothing wrong. So I would wait to see what they say, maybe call to speak to a manager and take it from there. Hopefully it won't come to having outside intervention and writing to a regulator!

I will move this out of the rogue forum, please don't post in the rogue forum unless you've had very serious problems with your account (ie having had to wait / argue with a book for at least 1-2 months trying to get your money from them after having done nothing wrong).

It is "Rogue" and also "Complaints" forum, I think this counts as a complaint at the moment (although how serious is debatable) so I will move it back
Have a plan and stick to it
