Surprised i cant find a thread on here about them as yet, seems quite a few MSEers are having problems.

Recently went in for a reload which racked up a 3 figure sum. Asked for a withdrawal and was told a delay of 5 days.

2 weeks later still nothing and emailed them and was fobbed off with stories of their cashier having technical difficulties.

Followed advice on MSE about suggesting a report to the LGA. Sent them the email and had my money in my moneybookers within the hour!

Who did you contact at the LGA? Was it an online form or did you just E-mail them?

I have been chasing a three figure sum for about 10 days, kept getting cashier problems response. E-mailed them today politely threatening sbr and LGA and have just recieved e-mail saying I have just been paid, will update if I actually recieve it. Cannot complain to much as it came from my free £10 from their footba prediction thing,just kept mugging until I reached wr

Edit Just recieved money via moneybookers, seems polite threats are the way to go. Will not be converting the rest ofmy points though, as a deposit is required for that

Didnt actually contact the LGA, just mentioned i would in an email to them and then they payed up!

So if anyone else has money stuck in there that is the way to go!
