You placed your bet on a spread of 0, this is the same as DNB (Draw no Bet). The bet was a draw so they voided it and returned your stake.
Edit: Damn, making a comeback after a long absence and beaten to it!

Is this how it works? Thought it was an arb, but I guess placed it on wrong market? Confused as bet lost at bf @ this cancelled

Yeah, I'd check the betslips again if I was you, as 2.33 seems very short odds for the draw.

On 10bet the asian odds are right next to the 1x2 odds. If you look at it in the wrong way you could easily tick the asian handicap box thinking you have selected the 1X2 odds. Not saying you did do this but seems a reasonable explanation?

I have actually done that twice myself , it seems you placed your bet on Real Madrid 0 which would make sense it was a push so your bet was cancelled and stake refunded , and then layed the draw , so you lost your lay . As i said i have done it twice now and had to email them to get them to cancel the bets for me , its such a bad layout .

The final score was 1-1 therefore your bet result is "Draw"
Please read our betting rules in the site..
what does this mean? Did I bet on wrong market ?

This makes some more sense maybe if it was Madrid AH(0) you bet on... although not sure of this, in the first post you said you bet on the draw bella? ? Maybe post a screenshot of the betslip or just copy in the exact details of the bet? Does sound like it was a DNB (draw no bet) bet though.
AHHHH just read Eoin's post above as well and that would explain it perfectly! I've ALSO done what Eoin describes:

I went to bet on something like ManUtd -0.25 once at 10bet, but stupidly clicked on the wrong tick box and ended up betting on 'over 2.5 goals' or something like that. Like Eoin says the way the odds are layed out on 10bet it's easy enough to make that mistake. (FYI in that instance I just ended up going with both bets instead of contacting them to change it, was a small loss but hey ho)

Thanks guys.. Think you are all right..
Have moved this from Rogue area( as they don't deserve to be there.. yet)
I think I must of chosen the wrong one, as the way they have them listed is rubbish.. only a small lost, could of been much worse..

thats unlucky bella. I suppose there errors sometimes work in our favour too though, it's a pain when they go against you though.
