    there's a programme called automator. you can set it to do certain things when certain activities trigger it.

    i had to do a bit of tweaking, but i think it's set perfectly for stryyke deposits

    Stryyke Cancelled bet

    Hi

    Just before Xmas i received an email from Stryyke explaining that they have cancelled one of my bets, see below.

    "Dear Stryyker,

    Unfortunately we had to cancel your bet on Spanish Football “FC Sevilla ### CF Getafe”, due to a high suspicious bet progress.

    Your stake was credited back to Stryyke account."

    I have tried contacting them on various different emails but i have yet to even receive any explaination as to why they have done this.
    I did contact Danuska through this forum but he could only give me another email address to contact, which i have yet to get a answer.

    The thing is i still have money in the account but it seems if i try to withdraw i will get problems and if i bet with it they can simply just take any winnings off me that i may get

    Ive never heard of a bookmaker doing this and im at a loss as to what to do about the money they took off me and the money i have remaining.

    Anyone have any ideas as to what i may do about this crazy situation.

    if you read through the other stryyke thread, you can use that.

    might aswell keep all of stryyke's problems to one, manageable thread

    but money in there AND a cancelled bet?

    i've been given a guesstimate of the middle of this week.

    i'm taking that as wednesday, thursday at the very latest. i assume they're waiting for people to deposit & bet on the african cup of nations so that they can pay the rest of us out

    i also emailed danuska on 5th January politely asking for an up-date on my withdrawl request & have yet to get a reply

    as ive posted previously how can styyke have a 7* rating on TGT

    how can stryyke be rated the same as some of the following top internet books who process withdrawls very quickly (e.g. i requested a large sum from sportingbet last night & received it in m/bookers this afternoon) :

    totesport
    sportingbet
    intertops
    888sport
    etc., etc.

    incredulous really

    stryyke should be rated on TGT exactly how it operates i.e. 1*
    the biggest issue is the fact stryyke ignores customer emails & give no indication on withdrawl processing time. if styyke emailed customers back & said.... "dear mr bettor our current withdrawl processing time is approx. X days...." then im sure most decent people would not get too upset.

    its the ignoring of customers emails & bettors not knowing when their funds shall be received that is the real issue here

    i'd be fine with that, if i initially had some idea of when i could expect a payout. the stryyke website says 7 days, but that's clearly no where near the truth

    thanks for the reply. i have just sent another email.

    i do think you should bring the stryyke poor communications issues to the attention of the hierarchy in the company. these poor communications appear to be THE real source of frustration to stryyke bettors.
