stryyke payment struggles persist; downgraded to D
stryyke has been downgraded to D. On 9/23 SBR initiated stryyke at D+. Within the first two months of holding the mark at D+, stryyke resolved five slow pay complaints levied against them by bettors. Since that time, however, stryyke has accumulated six new slow pay reports totaling €9035 in owed player funds. The earliest request was made on September 1st.

If you look at the forum posts in this thread saying "I have been waiting XYZ" they have for the most part come from people registered here on the SAME DAY they make that post. Once they are HERE and have registered and have reported a problem people are getting the money a few days later, not weeks, days.
The E-mail support link WE set up with them to speed things up for us has been leaked to other websites which was inevitable and will probably now slow down payments for our players as it gets flooded, but nevermind. If that happens and TGT players start waiting longer THEN the review will be updated in the next months changes.
I dont know why your particular payment is taking so long Joey but it has been noted and a file set up. Let us know if/when you are paid, or perhaps weekly if you havnt, but there is no need to go on about it you have made your point now. Thankyou.

Well ive sent more emails to stryyke about my cancelled bet but i am still waiting on a reply
These are very unprofessional cant believe they have such a high rating.
with respect andy.... how can TGT justify a 7* rating for stryyke...

I think Andy has explained himself Joey on more than a few occasions the bottom line is you disagree with each others opinion (actually its more you really dont like his stance on this). He has explained how the rating system here works and while i agree with you 7 stars is too much given this bookies history of slow paying the bottom line is the rating system is reviewed by user feedback over time. There is naturally some difference from review site to review site and i am sure a bit of bias involved too on all of them, which is why you should do your research before depositing! its well known for a few years strykke are slow paying.

Yes Styyke are not "quick" to pay, but at the last review they had gone from being slow paying with very slack feedback to customer concerns to being getting very much much faster with every querey we had sent them being dealt with in days and a specific channel set up to address problems. Also my friend who I have worked with at various sites over many years started to work there so my trust/faith in them rose considerably. That is why they were upgraded to 7*s. I have arranged to meet a Senior representitive of Stryyke in London at the end of the month which will have a big impact on what rating they remain at in Febuary, but regardless the changes are made monthly so nothing will happen until then.

guys we cant all agree on everything all of the time... that would be boring
but as ive posted many times the no response to customers communications is probably the biggest frustration.
