I think they are doing their best. But I see where you are coming from, Rome wasn't built in a day.
Have a plan and stick to it

Wowee Jopre, well that's one way of looking at it! But it is a bit... harsh!

Why not? If Stryyke had processed the withdrawal when it said it would, he wouldn't have lost out, so it seems like Stryyke's fault to me. Where on the site does it say it will take 6 weeks for payments to be processed?

Completely disagree. How long does it take to send a Moneybookers payment? 15 seconds? So how on earth they manage to drag it out for 6 weeks I have no idea. I'm not sure why you're being an apologist for this book, however maybe we'll find out when Stryyke becomes one of the promoted sites...

If the exchange rate had gone the other way would there be cause for complaint?
Lets not get too self righteous here - it takes 15 seconds to send a moneybookers payment if you have the money in the account and the desire to send it instantly.
Stryyke are nothing if not consistent - they've been slow pay ever since I first encountered them - I have yet to hear any accounts of them being no pay.
I'd agree that six weeks is a long time to get a withdrawal - but there is nothing in their T&C that gives any timescale for withdrawal - this is a business like any other and Stryyke have frequently used the classic draw out an invoice for as long as is humanly possible before paying it approach.
This doesn't tend to work too well in a customer service environment - becuase who would use that service again after such behaviour? Well maybe a decent bonus could encourage matters....
And who deposits into small poorly regulated Maltese sportsbooks? Lets be honest the only reason to deposit is going to be such a bonus.
We all know we take a risk with our funds when we try a small Maltese book - its a risk and we knowingly take it (if you don't know its a risk then you really shouldn't be playing this game).
Stryyke's real problem as far as I can see is they offer very little to the average punter who would be a profitable customer (do you want to gamble on not only will you win your bet but also when and if the book will pay you your winnings?) and far more to a bonus hunter who is taking a potential risk for a larger reward and is almost completly unprofitable.
This doesn't sound much like a sustainable business strategy to me...
I'm not playing at Stryyke and I won't be doing becuase they look like a timebomb waiting to go off to me but crying foul becuase they took a while to pay makes no sense to me...caveat emptor et al.

Cuntos, I see that you have been banned since your last post and judging by the other posts, you had some seriously negative comments for people...
Regarding this 6 week payout time frame, I - an employee here can say that this is nonsense and as I have already told Andy, I'll remind everyone again. Stryyke is a smaller company and yes we are a Maltese licensed Casino & Sportsbook but this doesn't mean that we are in any means operating incorrectly.
We are currently striving to provide the best service and customer experience that we can, for the size we are and we know there may be some issues along the way, but this is why I am here and also why we want anyone with an issue to get in touch with us. It's very easy to have a rant at someone but communication is key.
I'm here to help so please get in touch with me if you need it.

I'm always willing to try out new books, but don't like the idea of my money being tied up for 6 weeks, I do not like to play seriously at any sportsbook that takes longer than 12 hours to pay out. What kind of guaranteed timeframe can you give me for a withdrawal if I was to message you on here after my cashouts?

Stryyke, are you seriously trying to tell us that no one has ever (or at least in the last 3 years) waited 6 weeks for a payout from your company?
thanks in advance.

I would also be interested in playing here but am a little put off by the above comments. I'd like to know how long a withdrawl takes from day 0 to arriving in my moneybookers account.

When it comes to payouts, the length of time always does vary. Depending
on amount and even the method chosen.
We run our player checks upon withdrawal request and not upon deposit so
this also adds a little time. We are working on expanding our Payments
Team in a bit to cut the waiting time dramatically as well.
