So you cannot give us a timeframe.
I'm out.

Im sorry but, did you read a different question to me?

... I need some clarity as to when I will receive my payment. I've contacted Stryyke advisors several times and none have explained why there is a delay and when it will be processed.
438.50 Euros via Moneybookers requested on 9th November... this isn't on.

I know the last time I received a withdrawal from Stryyke it took exactly one month to the day for them to process it. Was a while back though, so I'm not sure if it is still the case, or if that was just coincidence.

Not meaning to heap crap upon Stryyke.com, I am actually impressed you've signed up here in order to take flak about late payments. But other than the offhanded comments about being a small startup and there being issues with any startup, there has been no explanation over the late payments.
Can you categorically explain why it has taken Technodrew's money a month to be withdrawn? I would be much more inclined to be trusting if the withdrawal page didn't say 7 days, but actually said how long it would feasibly take.
I found it very very frustrating to twice be told "We will pay you next week" when it was quite clear that I wasn't going to be. I think that is more the issue. The trust will come through transparency of business practices.
As dreamy has stated above, there is very little reason for a profitable gambler (for a bookie) to go anywhere near stryyke, the odds are terrible and the payments are delayed. Which further enhances the opinion that people should avoid this book as the only people going in will be bonus baggers looking to bust. A profitable business? I very much doubt it, can't be too long before it all caves in.
Add to the fact during my wait for withdrawal, I was sent at least 4 reload offers for sports/casino totalling well over £300 doesn't exactly instil confidence and indicated (true or not) a scrabbling to get funds together to pay withdrawals.
Until payouts are handled in an acceptable manner, I for one will be avoiding Stryyke. The fact there is a representative on here is a step in the right direction though.

I requested a payout of over €600 on 19/10/09 to Moneybookers and I'm still waiting. I email your CS every few days and get copy-and-paste responses within a few hours.
Very poor.
Edit: I just tried to send you a PM but you've disabled the ability to receive them

i think if theres transparency, t&c's are clear & payout times stated are accurate then most reasonable players would have more confidence in the book.
some points from from TGT bookie list:
TGT rating 7 stars... (would hopefully suggest that TGT are confident in this book)
"Stryyke.com have been established since 2005" (hopefully 4 years trading means stryyke is not a fly-by-nite scam book)
"Payout times do vary depending on Country, methods and amount so keeping in contact with the payouts team is recommended. Payouts can take over a week but we have never had reports of a player not being paid eventually" (this indicates that stryyke concedes payouts wont be made quickly..... & most TGT users read these bookie snapshots prior to playing)
reading thro the posts i think it's not the fact that people arent being paid, it's the fact they request withdrawls then are waiting in limbo, pacing the floor at night, wondering if they'll have any turkey for xmas dinner, etc., etc. & wondering if / when payment is going to be received.
would it not be better for Stryyke to inform customers of current payout times when they request withdrawl instead of the:
"Payouts can take over a week" statement. over a week can be 8 days, 1 month, 2 months, etc.

Verified Company Rep
Hi All,
My sincere apologies but I have been out of the office since last Thursday and have only returned today and Andy has just brought this to my attention.
I would just like to remind everyone that I am the Head of Affiliates here at Stryyke and not a CS rep
I am doing this out of my own concern for the players here at the gambling times as I have worked with Andy in the past and I want to ensure the quality of service I provide Andy with remains the same regardless of the company I am with.
So over the past few weeks I have been trying to work very closely with our Payments Manager and our CS Team to try and get this running smoother and quicker.
What I have managed to set up is a new email channel which is issues@stryyke.com which I would please like to ask both TechnoDrew and MB101 to send through the details of these payments.
Both myself & our Payments Manager will be solely managing this channel which has been set up for cases such as this.
I know all of you must think 'this is terrible, Stryyke shouldn't need an email address for things like this and to be called 'issues'!
But yes, I think we do need it.
Not only is this going to cut out the middle man (CS) who unfortunately has been trained to give a basic response, such as the ones you have been receiving.
But I will have a much stronger voice than CS when it comes to ressolving Payouts so this is why I have done this and this is why I believe things will run faster now and within a short while, we won't need the issues inbox any more.
But please help me help you by using this channel!
Let me know if there is anything else I can answer, explain or help with.
Thank you all for reading.
Kind regards,
Danuska
