Yes Sebastian is the other member who will be replying to mails in my absence. As I have said in the past, we have had this channel set up to try to push things through quicker..
I am hoping this will work but as Payments need to run their own things first I cannot give definite dates but please know you are on 'the top of the list'. I'm sorry I cannot help more than this but I have nothing to do with the Payments Team, I'm just here to try and help ensure things run smoother and swifter.
danuska, you posted the following on here on 1st December:
But I will have a much stronger voice than CS when it comes to ressolving Payouts ..............Let me know if there is anything else I can answer, explain or help with.
now you post:

Hi joey1963 I think you are reading into things a bit to deeply and missing some other pieces.
I am the Affiliate Manager here for Stryyke and I do not work in the Payments Team I simply lease with them to help issues like this get resolved quicker which is exactly what I have been doing these past few weeks.
I promised to write a review of my experience on the other thread so I'll do it here:
Customer Service and Banking
When I tried to deposit (IE8), nothing happened so I used Firefox and the deposit process was actioned and went through fine. After asking for the bonus, I received an email within the hour stating it had been credited (and it had). Although it's obviously an automated feature, I received a settlement email after all bets had been graded. I do like it when sites do this.
On uploading ID, I was informed the ID was awaiting approval. On submitting my €350 Moneybookers payout request (27th Nov) and leaving enough to bet with in the account, I received an email back in a couple of hours saying the payment would be processed "within the next days." My second email to enquire about the payout (7th Dec) was met within a similar timescale informing me it would be done within a few days. By the 10th, I hadn't received the money so I wrote to Danuska on the Issues email address. On the 12th the €350 was back in my Moneybookers account so I make it 15 days from the request to the payout.
Limits and Website
In time order, the limits I noticed were applied (and I'm talking about selecting a variety of football bets to test the limits at any given time so not limit per market, just applied to the account): €200 > €50 > €40 > €150 > €100 > €200. When I was able to bet €200 across the board, I think on the Champs League I could get max €250.
When my first bet won (not max stake and with odds below market) and my limit went from €200 to €50 I presumed it was the out of hours limit (I was looking in the evening). But it had reduced further to €40 the following day in business hours. So the limits can leave you feeling a sense of confusion.
The bet receipts for football call it American Football. For example, a bet on German football shows on the receipt as “American Football Germany Bundesliga” which is obviously software related but raised an eyebrow.
Bet logging appeared slow. After placing a bet, it appeared to take a little while to appear in the pending bets area although I could see the number of bets which were pending (ie 1) but clicking it didn't reveal anything for a bit.
In a competitive industry, 15 days to pay out is slow. (I understand some may have been paid faster, some around the same, some slower but I'm talking about my experience). Obviously, from what Danuska has already said in this thread, no-one is pretending that this is a super-fast paying book. No-one is even saying payouts are average compared with the bookmaking industry as a whole. So at least an issue is acknowledged and hopefully things are being done to remedy what is the most important thing to get right for players. On this matter, only time will tell what improvements come about.
At no point did I personally feel ignored by the company when I was asking about my payout. Emails were responded to and were polite. However, I can understand that if someone has been waiting for a payout for a month or whatever, then standard CS responses which say "a few days" again and again will, in effect, make players feel ignored and annoyed. And the only remedy to that (since emails should be responded to) is to work on the payout speed which Stryyke is aware of as I said above.
Danuska's presence on the forum should be welcomed I think. Whilst she does not control the actual payments (it's not her job to do so of course), she is providing a voice and I hope everyone, frustrated or not, can at least respect she doesn't have to come by to offer what assistance she can. There are a number of books out there which are not "no-payers" but still have various known issues yet you never see a CS rep, Affiliate Manager etc so there's quite a level of decency in putting yourself out there knowing you may take some stick!
I requested a pay out on the 9th November, and I received the money today - 14th December
After a 45 days journey, at last the money has landed on my Mb account.
Thanks to Danuska for her speed up boosting action.
In my online gambling career, the only case of a similar payment schedule has been the Coolcat casino of the Virtual group.
consider yourself lucky then I've been waiting since early November, have sent chasing emails and have sent email to email@example.com and still nothing, time for some additional help now as getting nowhere.
