    Stryyke - Slowpay reports

We have recieved several complaints that payouts are taking longer than expected to be recieved. Stryyke have given time frames for when payments will be made and explained that larger withdrawals are paid in batches at the start of each month and payout times may vary depending on a number of factors as some security checks may be tighter than others.

A section of the latest correspondance reads:

"When it comes to payouts, the length of time always does vary. Depending
on amount and even the method chosen.
We run our player checks upon withdrawal request and not upon deposit so
this also adds a little time. We are working on expanding our Payments
Team in a bit to cut the waiting time dramatically as well.

We will always pay so don't worry there! I wouldn't out my name to a
company I didn't think wasn't operating ethically! But as Stryyke is a
smaller company and we admit we're no betfair or expekt, but for the
team size we are we always do our best to get things done as swiftly as
possible and we always encourage players to keep in touch with us
directly so they know what's going on with things..."

They will soon have a representitive here to answer any questions or specific complaints but on the whole I think the message is please be patient.
Have a plan and stick to it

I don't think I have read about them not paying, but a lot of them taking their time to pay. At least they seem to be pretty honest about why they pay slow.

My businesses are in the service industry and I have to give 30 days credit to all my customers. Cash flow nightmare. One of the "tells" to possible folding or bankruptcy issues is slow or non payment and every firkin excuse under the sun.

Hey guys. There isn't any excuse for slow payment in a service industry.

Trust and relationships go out of the window.

Goodwill on the balance sheet goes to zero

Trust can only exist between people when one of them is dead.

Yeah, I have to say the increased about of reloads is starting to concern me a little.

As is said above, all trust goes out of the window when you are blatantly lied to on both the withdrawal screen and twice by customer services.

If you're not going to pay me for a month, don't tell me it will be done in the next three days.

Thankyou for your consistent chasing Andy, much appreciated.

Some of what Andy's affiliate manager is saying is undoubtedly true - Stryyke have always been a slow paying book from the get go - but aside from some trouble with IP addresses with some folks at SBR about 18 months ago (read very likely to be multiple accounts) they paid okay - albeit eventually.

However they did get theselves in over generous bonus trouble around this time (March 08) and were decidedly funny with some rpointers where they decided after the event that you could only claim one reload bonus when they offered three at once (and did not state this at the time).

However the large number of very very generous reloads that have been coming out of a small book in quick succession screams ponzai scheme meltdown to me...I've been getting two emails a day from these guys with increasingly generous bonuses for the last few weeks.

I'll be steering well clear myself...

I am relieved to report that I have received the money today, six weeks after withdrawing. Better late than never, obviously, but I was getting really worried that stryyke was just running a Ponzi scheme and I might lose it all.

Enter Stryyke at your peril imo.

My money has come through today also, however I have been battered by the exchange rate in the time it took. Ah well, at least it's all out.

Thankyou for any part you had to play in this Stryyke.com, but I won't be going back in here for a while until some element of trust is regained.
