Probably best give them a call if you've already sent a few emails, try and hurry it along. In my experience generally MB are brilliant as long as you don't need to email CS about anything (although to be fair the VIP email response seems a bit better).

i received an email last night saying they wouldn't accept my bank statement (it was an end of year statement from a savings account)

sent them a utility bill and within 12 hours they validated it and unlocked my account.

i assume they were taking ages trying o decide weather they could accept the savings statement.

Same thing happened to me a while ago.. they do that every now and then I guess for security reasons just to validate all the active accounts... at least that's what they say.

Happened to me about a week after I opened my account. Was slightly annoying as they did it just as I was starting to pass bigger funds through it - got a few hundred stuck for a few days! Wish they'd locked it when it was just the odd £20 or so, but oh well...
