    Ladbrokes - Payments system broken

As most of you probably know already, Ladbrokes have been having problems since 23rd(?) December with payments made using Moneybookers. Perhaps worth a new thread about this, although having said that it's already been going on for 4 days now.

    Anyway, this might help:

Thanks for that. They're displaying a message on the live chat page now saying that kind of thing, they suggest using an alternative payment method for now:

**Moneybookers Update 26/12/09** Please note we are experiencing technical difficulties processing Moneybookers deposits and do not expect to resolve the issue until after the Christmas period. Customers are advised to use an alternative payment method until the matter is resolved.
Trouble is... you can't change your payment method if you already have funds in your account! So I'm stuck with using Moneybookers and will just have to keep track of how many payments have gone missing and chase them up when they eventually get back on track.

The livechat person I spoke to did say yes it would be OK if I continued to use Moneybookers and that the payments would eventually show up. Don't really have any other choice (I'm doing the Cashapillar slots splash bonus all week so I have to deposit £10 each day). Fun and games.

I have had no problems receiving the daily £5 bonus after playing without the payment turning up then transferring it when it does eventually appear.
