Bluesquare - Changes to our service email (stopping access to telebetting)

Has anyone else had an email from Bluesquare recently to tell them they're no longer allowed access to the telebetting service via their account?

Email reads:

Dear xxx,

We have made some changes to our service, which will affect you. With regret we have taken a business decision to stop your access to our telebet service, you will therefore be unable to bet with us over the phone via telebet.

However, you are still free to use our internet and mobile betting facilities. Simply login to Welcome to Blue Square | Online Betting, Casino, Poker and Gaming! and you can still bet on all of your favourite events and markets. We also have an award winning Mobile site where you can still get involved in the action while you're out and about.

Your username is xxx and if you have forgotten your password, please contact our friendly customer services team on 0800 5870500.

This is all pretty random - I've not actually been betting at Bluesquare for a long time now, maybe 2-3 months was the last time I placed a bet there and I've never used the telebetting service before anyway - so no idea why it's come like this out of the blue. Oh well...

I also rec'd this today munk and I know a number of other people did to.

I have never, not even once, used their telebetting. I can only assume this is some kind of 'usergroup' that we have been added to that also performs some other function - like 'severly gubbed'.

Off to test some limits now... I was already quite limited there.

Nope limits seem the same, shite, but not useless

Can actually get on a decent amount on Prem league games at low odds. Can even get £75 on a league 1 game at odds over 2.0. So not gubbed anymore than before.

Cheers mate - yep sounds about the same as me, probably we were already in the 90% gubbed category, I could get about the same on as you but generally it was pretty poor, couldn't get much on a correct score or ht/ft market, limited to £1-2 or something like that but for big matches wasn't quite so bad, maybe £50-100 I forget now.

Oh well.

I got the email, however my limits appear to have increased a lot from what they were a year ago! I used to struggle to get a £25 bet on football & was limited to peanuts on long odds. Just tried ManU's odds & was offered £600.
