Depositing by Moneybookers at Totesport

Did you try accepting any dodgy certificates or errors that came up ?

No certs just 'Failed to add moneybooker acc'. Gona have to use my debit card.

I've managed to deposit and receive money from Tote via Moneybookers. They are normally pretty quick paying out (once ID checks completed etc).

If FF playing up, try IE.

Ive tried to deposit here twice today via moneybookers, both confirmed as successful transactions on moneybookers, but know funds appearing on totesport. I've given them a ring but cs dont really have a clue. They are trying to tell me that my tote email address doesnt match my moneybookers address. Then they asked if I was using ff, which i was at the time but then tried using chrome an IE and got the same error as LosEndos 'failed to add moneybookers acc'.

well I have given up with MB here and used my card instead. However they did get back to me and said that they beleived my date-of-birth at Tote did not match MB. Checked and it did not. (completly different in fact).

Have sorted it at tote, but can't be arsed to try MB as the card works fine.

Just had a call back from cs and it appears they have a problem with their system. Theyve credited my account with £20 as thats what I deposited in the first place. I would avoid depositing via moneybookers here until the problem has been fixed.

I have deposited previously via moneybookers but no such luck today. Tried with IE and chrome. Contacted cs and here is their reply;

Unfortunately the only thing I can do for you is raise your issue with our IT department and get them to take a look at the transactions you have attempted to make. However I wouldn't be able to give a time frame as to when they will get back to me.

Can I suggest leaving the deposit for an hour or so and trying again once and letting us know if there is any change.

Totesport added Moneybookers as a payment method quite recently so yes, they do have it. The spreadsheet will likely require people updating it just like this site does so from time to time you'll find things get out of date.

If you read above, you'll see there have been some teething problems with using Moneybookers at Totesport.

I would have a look in the UK sportsbooks offers thread (I am assuming you live in the UK) as I think their sign-up offer is changing for the worse.

Personally I would wait for a better offer as it usually is a decent sign -up; was £66 before they changed the SUB - but that is me - would ask the opiniomn of other posters too
