Betfred still withholding Cheltenham payments

Still nothing for me. £1k+ withdrawn over 3 weeks ago from a winning £100 free bet (refund offer) Replied to my first email stating the withdrawal hadn't been authorised in Gibraltar. I've emailed them numerous times since to no avail. Not a single reply. Nothing showing on the statement at Betfred either. Winning bet is showing but the withdrawal is not there. Absoloutley fuming now!

Anyone else still waiting to be paid?

You should ring them. I rang then and was paid within the hour....

And then after you've received your money, I would write them a strong email saying you've been so badly put off by their treatment of you that you will be betting elsewhere in the future (and you could add that you will be telling all your friends). May get a little "sweetener" free bet by way of compensation. If not, nothing lost, and you've at least expressed your feelings.

My mum did this offer and won a lot more than 1K on the free bet. She requested a withdrawal and then went away to France for 2 weeks. On her return, realizing she had not been paid, she e-mailed them on the support link, heard nothing after a few hours, so e-mailed the account and freebet links at about 9pm at night. She recieved a call from them 1 hour later apologising for the delay, that they were inundated over the festival and were 'waiting for winners to contact them'!!!!!!!!!!! Unbelievable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
