Issues with Eurosportbet IT systems to watch out for

A small warning for others betting with this book that you might want to watch out for.

Last week I tried to place a £100 bet with them which failed with a message saying system error - please contact customer support. I checked my account and the bet was not down as being taken and the account had not been debited for the £100. I tried to place the bet again (probably a bad idea) and this time I got kicked out of the site with a message saying account suspended -which it had been.

I emailed (no phone number for the site - does anyone have one?) and got a message the next day saying that they were sorry - the systems went down for technical maintanance and everything should now be OK. When I tried to log in again my account was working fine - and there was a record of the bet being placed and (as I knew) it had lost.

Just something to watch out for if you use this site I guess. Wonder what would have happened had it won.

More IT issues with ESB - I am totally unable to deposit - It allows me to put in the amount but does not give me any options to deposit with....all blank....a bit like my mind!

I have sent an email to CS and will let you know the progress!

Similar issue to Moose - signed up today and the only deposit options offered are Moneybookers and Payment Trust (whatever that is...). Email sent this morning, no response yet.

Update for this - I ganied access to ESB through the french version and got the payment options up!

Deposited and I understand the bonus comes through within 24 hrs

Update from me too - they replied to my email apologising for the problems, which they say are due to the popularity of their site (!). Their IT team are working on it and in the meantime suggested I go into the deposit page and press F5 to refresh it. Surprisingly that seems to work, though I haven't actually made a deposit yet as my funds are now tied up elsewhere.
