Was unable to log into my MB accounts just now.
Rang VIP and they said that it was because I had not changed my pwd in a year.
She said I should log in and change it!!!!
Pointed out I could not log in. Oh she said, in that case just do a 'forgot password' thing to reset it.
The above is bull as one of the 'locked' accounts is only a month old.
I recon they have been compromised.

Now heard other people have had the same thing.

Both me and my partner had this happen today. I emailed them to check for any strange activity but no reply as of yet.

Touch wood I logged in to my accounts OK today (gbp / usd). I wonder if your accounts were locked because someone was trying to brute force the passwords then? I think they lock the accounts don't they if you enter more than 3(?) incorrect passwords? Doesn't make much sense though trying to brute force a password if you know it's going to be locked after a small number of incorrect attempts... who knows.

Yeah but if they don't use the correct password an e-mail is automatically dispatched saying that there has been an unsuccessful login attempt. Or something.
My account working as expected.

Not previous access attempts, I got all three tries and you get an email if you get your password wrong.
Suggest you all change your password anyway.

Had the same happen to 2 accounts on 2 seperate occasions in the last few days. Seems moneybookers may have some tech issues to deal with.
