They are a business not a public service and they can accept or decline anyone for absolutely any reason they want to. Being regulated by the FSA does not change that they are still not a bank so have no duty to provide any minimum service. (AFAIK) Regardless the FSA is as useless as a chocolate tea pot so I doubt anybody cares what they have to say about it anyway.

Whether you will last long as a business if you have that attitude is debatable but they have no need to justify anything to anyone it is up to them who they deal with.

From here it is probably best if those two now take the matter up in private.
Have a plan and stick to it

Yes, easy to use. At first it might seem like that additional annoyance ala bank card readers but you quickly get used to it and as it's there to help secure your account, it makes sense to use it

Yes I would agree, actually easier to use than bank card readers as well because you don't have to faff around searching for BOTH reader and bank card.

Only minor annoyance is if you lose it at a weekend you have to wait until the next working day to get them to change your account back to non-token, but not a major hassle really.

You are allowed 2 tokens free for each account - I keep spares, all 4 already activated.

Having obtained VIP status at moneybookers, can i just confirm that you don't get charged for withdrawals or for uploading funds into the account?

Also if you want to set up a second account in another currency do you just email your account manager?

Sorry for the questions but being new to the VIP world i thought i would check with you guys

You do get charged for withdrawals, but it's paid back at the start of the next month. I don't think anyone gets charged for uploading funds, VIP or not (edit: actually I'm thinking of bank transfers, don't know if you get charged for card payments, never done that sorry).

Yes, they usually say just go ahead, sign up for the 2nd account and ignore any warnings you get about already having an account under your name, then email them back with details of the 2nd account.
