Betmotion complaint - bet settled incorrectly / slow paying
Right i have slated this lot enough so i thought it only fair to put this down for eveyone to read.
I tryed to withdraw on the 1st of june and finally got paid today the 16th into my bank account.After a couple of weeks of live chat emails phoning moneybookers, contacting the LGA and Andy helping and giving advise.I didnt once get funny with them (just incase)I kept all the live chat and emails etc etc.
I was also paid short by £40 so i complained about this and have just received an email saying they will pay $60 into my moneybookers account.The one thing that still isnt sorted is the fact i was paid at 9 but backed at 10 but this may be one that wont get sorted.
Anyway they obviouslly have had a major problem but they just havnt handled it very well at all.If i and others im sure will agree were told of the situation from the beggining it would have stopped all the emails,complaining and worrying.I have only received an apology tonight but still no real reason for the trouble.I have found as others that when the LGA were mentioned they seemed to get there finger out.
All in all its just about sorted now, a very unfortunate situation that has come to an agreeable conclusion and although it wasnt done in the correct fashion betmotion seem to be handling it much better now.
I would like to say thanks to Andy for his help and advise and apologise to anyone if they took certain comments that i posted in the original thread the wrong way.

Sorry to hear about that but glad you got paid. I moved your post into it's own thread here and tagged it as warning/complaint/rogue so hopefully others will see it when they're researching Betmotion (PM'ed you in detail about it as well).
I don't suppose you got a screenshot of the bet you placed did you? Could have been useful proving to them that you placed the bet at 10. Have a look at 'Gadwin Printscreen' if you can, very useful tool for screenshotting stuff and takes literally 1 second to do (just hit prntscrn and it takes a shot for you / saves it all automatically).
Anyway glad you got it sorted.

Just to add that tonight i received the $60 payment into my moneybookers account, that will be the end to the situation as far as im concerned.

The most annoying thing is that it was all so avoidable, if only they had told the truth and kept us informed from the start im sure no one would have minded.

Just one more thing from me.I had another email from these last week telling me i had a $15 free bet in my account because of all the trouble.
So all in all a very good conclusion.

Still waiting for my withdrawal of about $182 to moneybookers. 8 days since I requested, no answer, nothing. Have chased regarding it today lets see what happens.

Rogsmith: We apologise and thank you for your patience. Indeed we did have some problems to make your payment due to an integration problem we had with Moneybookers. The problem has been resolved.
In reference to the bet settlement our system accepted the bet with odds 9 when you confirmed the bet. Please keep in mind that sometimes these odds change and right before you confirm the bet, and by the time you click on the confirmation button. BetMotion.com
