I had to wait around 7 days for the free bet. But when it was in my account, I was able to withdraw it in full, without betting it.

I too was able to withdraw the refund, although it did take 9 days and some prompting via their live help to actually have the losing bet refunded.

Had no problems using the site in chrome.

yeah, seems they have 'selective memory' when issuing the bonus but some prompting in live chat seems to sort it quickly

I waited the 7 days after losing a bet, sent them an email, and they credited it within a couple of hours

I've also found 188bet very very slow when using firefox. I was in the process of making a bet and it failed to connect and then when I eventually got back in the odds had changed.

Not very happy with the site, once I get my bonus from them I don't think I will use them again

Hi, I've tried a few times this week to sign up to 188bet via the TGT cashback link but every time I have recieved this error after filling in my reg info: "service failed, try again later"

I've cleared all my cookies & tried in both IE and firefox several times but no luck, and their chat support says there are no issues on the site at present. Any ideas? The chat agent suggested I sign up via the asian site instead but I'm guessing I wont get cashback this way
