888 casino wagering requirements
Can't for the life of me work out what's going on here.
I deposited 100gbp at 888casino (the download software), and received a 100gbp bonus on top as part of their 100% welcome bonus, leaving me with a balance of 200gbp.
I played through over 4000gbp (WR is 40x bonus, and my history tab clearly shows I've wagered 4000gbp+), then decided to cash out. I saw the cash out was reversed, there was no email sent regarding why it was reversed, there was no request of I.D, but I decided to upload a passport and bank statement anyway then try again, but again it was cancelled. But this time they sent me an email basically saying the bonus I was trying to cash out still had a wagering requirement of 4000gbp attached to it. The game I played was Classic Blackjack, which is not one of the games that don't count towards wagering requirements according the bonus t&s (888.com - Bonus Policy).
I sent them an email back explaining politely that as far as I could see I've already met these wagering requirements, explaining that my history tab clearly shows that, and I've not played any games that don't count towards the wagering. So I asked politely where this extra 4000+ of wagering requirement is coming from, but they responded to me today saying pretty much nothing except for again that I'd need to wager another 4000+ to withdraw, not really directly responding to anything I wrote.
Am I rightfully confused or am I just missing something blindingly obvious here?
Email asking which games are and aren't eligible. They did this to me with the 888 powered lucky ace. Decided I now had double to requirement (or possibly even more I just remember having an additional $8000) and that blackjack wasn't eligble despite me being told it was. I played VP, got lucky, an never played at an 888 powered casino again.

Ok I'll do that now, thanks for the quick response Super Dash.
As Dash says, E-mail them again but unfortunately I dont think its likely you will get a coherant response, they will probably just send back C+P sets of T&Cs which you have already read.
They have done worse before, actually stealing players balances so we rogued them: The Gambling Times | Casino, Reviewed By The Gambling Times | Claim Cashback
Basically the advice is dont play there, although its all risk vs rewards and so maybe for you the risks are worth it. But I dont play there anymore.
There are a few threads about it I will look for.
Edit = Here it is:
