Here's the email they sent out the other day:
Maybe check what moneybookers address you're sending it to, it should be mb2@ according to that email above ^ (though check with them as well first). When I deposited a week ago it was just mb@ so they've obviously had some issues with the mb@ moneybookerse email and had to start using a new address.
We have noticed that some of our members are having problem while trying to deposit through moneybookers. Our moneybookers form is not directly integrated via Moneybookers website. Your request has been rejected because our moneybookers account has been changed from firstname.lastname@example.org
. Please do the following steps to be able to deposit correctly.
1. Deposit directly from moneybookers.com > email@example.com
2. Fill in the form at neobet.com > Deposit > Moneybookers
Thank you, but I already tried both of their Moneybookers adresses and I got the same message. Something doesn't feel right here so I'll leave it for now.
I wouldn't recommend anybody else depositing with this outfit at the moment
been waiting 8 days for payout.
the MB excuse can only be used for so long, also requested bank transfer no response
No reply to emails sent and live chat is useless so before anyone pays in more funds
i would wait till they start paying out .

Someone has posted on their Facebook page that they don't pay out and they are a scam (in the discussion area).
I have contacted moneybookers a couple days ago to ask whether they are a legit outfit and whether the issue with moneybookers is real. Moneybookers told me they send the complaint to the relevant department and would be getting back to me quickly. Will keep you updated. Getting worried about my 4 figure balance there .
Ok, I am even more worried now. At the bottom of Neobet's website it says that it is licenced by the Gambling Commission and gives its licence number as 000875. I just looked this up on the Gambling Commission website and that licence number belongs to Bet365.
Why oh why did I not check out the licence number before I signed up with these people?
Yesterday I withdraw a part of my balance (150€) and it was payed me.
