I contacted moneybooker's VIP manager but she doesn't want to tell me if Neobet mb'ers account is verified or not.
They told me that they would contact neobet about my withdrawal. Six days later and they still didn't received a response from neobet...
I was just about to do this, but then wondered whether Moneybookers would mind neobet distributing their conversations to me (ie whether neobet is meant to keep this confidential) - and whether this would get them in trouble and further lower our chance of ever seeing any money from them?

Plus, isn't the basis of the communications relating to Neobet's verification/activation by Moneybookers? So at the very time they're auditing/looking at an account, the other side are divulging private matters?
Also, whether they are real or not, Moneybookers might not even be able to tell you anyway. If they are fake, then I don't see why Moneybookers would tolerate such activity. Then again, what kind of company would fake such correspondence? So it might not make any difference to the outcome if that is the case.
If they are real then 1) you're still only hoping it's not a scam and 2) you're hoping MB react by verifying the account rather than to look unfavourably on Neobet's divulgence.
The key thing is whatever happens, it won't be because of something you did or didn't do. They are either a scam or they're not. Moneybookers has already been notified of customer complaints.
Obviously it's up to you nish but I would be in favour of you sharing it with moneybookers and trying to get a response from them as well. The sooner we know the truth the better. Being left in limbo in a scam I think is a common tactic. It leaves a glimmer of hope in each of it's customers and that hope can lead to some foolish actions such as trying to 'match it out'. Anyone considering this, please don't do it. It's far too risky.
They have offered me by email to return the funds to my account so I can then request a withdrawal by bank transfer but I see this as pointless until some reports of returned funds via this method start coming through.
All the signs point to scam but there is still that glimmer of hope. I'll be happier when all that hope has died out and I can definately label it as scam. Or the opposite of course. I hate the hope. Kill it quickly. Please
Thank you guys for the feedback. I'd like to simplify the situation this way to show why I'm currently against sending Moneybookers the chat transcript.
Right now there are one of two possible situations, independent of anything we do.
1) Neobet is a scam operation
2) Neobet is not a scam operation (and thus genuinely having problems with Moneybookers)
If 1) is true: sending a chat transcript to Moneybookers will have no effect. Do you guys agree here?
If 2) is true:
Then there are again one of two possible situations.
2.1) - Moneybookers would have an issue with private correspondence being shared
2.2) - Moneybookers would have no such issue
if 2.2) is true - then sharing the correspondence might encourage Moneybookers to hurry up a bit. However, several users have already submitted complaints, and I'm not sure how much this would hurry moneybookers up.
if 2.1) is true - then sharing the correspondence would give Moneybookers more cause to be mad at neobet, and would lower our chance of seeing our money.
In short, what I'm trying to say is that sharing these logs with Moneybookers does not sizeably increase our chance of seeing our money in any of these situations, and does sizeable decrease our chance of seeing our money in one of them.
What it MIGHT get us, as hippyer said above, is more knowledge in some of the situations - and if neobet is a scam perhaps a greater feeling of closure. However, this comes at the cost of decreasing our chance of seeing our money in one of the situations.
Having written such a long-winded post about a simple choice, I hope at least some people see why I'm choosing not to send the transcripts :P
Perhaps leave it a bit longer before sending it to Moneybookers. Maybe give it 2-4 weeks at least? If things are no further along by then, then there's probably not a lot to lose by passing the info on to Moneybookers.
I have to admit I don't see Moneybookers ever getting back to any of us individually with a definitive answer as to what's going on because of data protection etc, they just can't divulge that kind of information legally can they (maybe you might get some indiscrete MB CS person though?)? Probably the first we'll know about Moneybookers being successful in any negotiations will be our withdrawals being processed by Neobet - or at the other extreme we'll find out that Neobet have gone bust and all balances are lost (probably not for a few months though).
I also requested that they reverse my Moneybookers withdrawal so I could put in a bank transfer request instead. They apparently did that on the same day I asked (via the livechat 'offline' messaging service), although surprise surprise they didn't bother to tell me they'd done it so I only found out 4 days later when I logged in to see what was going on.
Probably won't make much difference but I've now put in a bank transfer withdrawal, doubt very much it will happen (oh.. the optimism!), but who knows. I'm sure all the MB payments will be processed now...
Who ever owns neobet.com has paid 4K (euros) for it
Doubt a scammer would do that ?
It's funny isn't it, that's why - assuming its a scam - I'm surprised they didn't try and keep it going for a bit longer. The website doesn't look it was done on the cheap either, especially when you compare it to something like Betportugal.

I agree with what Hippyer says about being left in limbo and wanting to know one way or the other so I don't waste any more time on it.
ETA: Just noticed this posted on SBR which really annoyed me actually as I filed a complaint with SBR ages ago and they did not respond. The below link says they have only received one complaint (which going by the details they have provided isn't mine) so I guess my complaint form got lost in the post. I have sent a chaser email to SBR to ask them to investigate my complaint at the same time as the below person's. Might be worth others doing the same?
i did my complaint in sbr today
