I'm in here, have 150 cash and 125 bonus at moment (had $10 bonus + $50 in account as cash, and $50 in separate bonus balance). Theres a sep button to bet bonus. Not completely sure what the terms are as the CS agent I spoke to said the bonus must be bet 5 times, and there are no min odds.

An old member from MSE received a payout recently.

In CS was told me the WR is 1X Balance (50€) and 5 X bonus balance (250€), I beted both in Botafogo draw and won, I have balance 175€ and bonus balance 175€, it is possible to choose the bet between both balances so my doubt born from here: if I bet 175€ from bonus balance and lose I do not complete the WR and the bonus balance stay 0€, how can I bet more 25€ from bonus balance if it is 0€ ?

I'd say so. You need to get bonus balance to 250. Winnings from bonus balance go to bonus, winnings from cash go to cash. If bonus balance becomes 0 then its imposs to make it reach 250 so should be able to w/d. At least thats how I read it, not that it matters now.

Customer services confirmed with me that your bonus balance must reach €250 or greater, when they will then transfer it to your cash balance.
All bets from your cash balance affect only your cash balance, and likewise with your bonus balance.
You are able to withdraw any remaining funds in your cash balance once your bonus balance reaches 0.

Nothing to report re payouts, but in case it's helpful, I was able to get over €300 on a bet at evens. I put the bonus and cash on the same outcome no problem, just had to process my bet twice to achieve that (once as cash, second selecting bonus funds).
