For UK users who appear to only be able to use their UK site (black site design), one workaround to not seeing the site presented in the 'Asian' format could be to update your Roboform (or similar program) to log in on this page:

188BET - The In-Play Specialist

and then I think you're seeing as good as it gets with the Asian view on the new site.

(If you use no program, then maybe have that as your bookmark for now anyway to try save time).

I was wondering about that, haven't had a chance to look into it as yet, hope they're not blocking access to the old asian site for UK users, would seriously consider not using them as one of my main asian books if that was the case.

I get directed to this new site when trying to log in on the Asia (English) site. Those not in the UK may still be able to use that Asian one though.

Still wish they'd have kept the old layout though like on the asian site, having betslip over on right is a PITA if you don't want to stretch your browser size and not viewing the limits without hovering over the blue 'i' is also annoying. Picky but the generic asian layout is probably the best layout I reckon of any bookmaker (well for an asian site anyway). Fingers crossed they let UK ppl back on the old asian site once they've finished with the new site launch furore.

The new site is horrendous in my opinion. Much much preferred the old English (Asia) view, the way the new site displays odds is a pain aswell. Also seems you can only access 30 days of bet history as opposed to 3 months worth previously. It's enough to make me push more of my bets through Sbobet rather than 188 (who were one of my favourite bookies).

Just been told by live chat that the new site is for all users, and that the old site won't be coming back.

Looks like we'll have to get used to it then!

I agree with munk that hovering the mouse over the "i" is pain, other than that the info is still there, only the thing is you just cannot view the same amount of games as you could before which is the biggest problem IMO.

Mentioned it in the chat box, but the other thing to check is that you have the correct time setting. After the change, it automatically set my (and OH's) accounts to GMT-4 and someone else said it had happened to them too. You can correct it in your account options.

hated it yesterday but begrudgingly getting used to it, the refresh that always remains at the top of the page is quite handy

however my biggest gripe is how odds of 2.176 at old asian are now only 2.17 at new site, many increments are affected with the biggest being 2.14 at new site and 2.149 at old

My max bet was 5k at old site and if i placed £500 it would then be £4500 max bet on that lineregardless of odds change through out the day, its now 5k max bet on a match i placed over £400 on earlier so another positive of new website
