Just thought I'd warn people that it took 2 weeks for me to withdraw my winings from bwin. They asked me to upload my ID for verification, which I understand is normal procedure, a few days later it was accepted. Then another couple of days I received an email saying I had not uploaded any ID and if I didn't reply they would cancel my withdrawal.
I explained I had had my ID accepted and then a week later I finally received my money.
It did put me off them a bit but I think now the ID situation has been sorted it should be ok to use them in the future.
