made a 250gbp deposit bonus and received a 175gbp welcome bonus form them straight away and "lost" it all in the first bet i placed with them..
And then made some more deposits and more bets,,
and then tried to make a withdraw request and am getting some mesage about not reaching the rollover requirements..and also i wasnt getting the moneybooker withdraw payment option
Sent some e-mail them a quick e-mail saying this cant be right coz i lost my deposit/+bonus on first bet..and mentioning about the moneybooker payment option..,
gt e-mail back saying just use the banking withdraw payment page option ,with yr mb details..
which i tried but still getting the rollover requirement pop-up message..
So sent them a e-mail again about this rollover message problem,
gt e-mail back stating the roll-over requirements,,
so have sent an e-mail back with screen-shots of my lost bet (initial deposit/bonus amount) and the betting records, and the transactions records.
Stating again i lost the 1st deposit and welcome bonus on my 1st bet, so you cannot ask for rollover requirements on a deposit/bonus amount that i lost..
hopefully they do the right thing ..
I'll let you know..
It does sound as though the wagering requirement has been rolled over though - ie you will have to complete the wagering requirement before you can withdraw. This is not an uncommon practice although if you are concerned about it in future you should contact the operator to check whether or not the WR expires after busting out prior to depositing new funds.
Please note the Fortunawin bonus is discussed in detail here:
I will rename your thread so it doesn't mention 'bonus' since bonus chat must be on the bonuses forums only.
I will leave the thread open though for discussion of Fortunawin payment problems / other general complaints if/when they arise.
After busting out of fortunawin I contacted them to ask them to remove the remaining rollover which they did. Does not really help you now, but may be useful next time.
Some places do actually rollover wagering requirements too, so a cashable offer becomes a post wager.
Gymboy34, why did you deposit again and made some bets ? For arbing ? The odds are horrible.
yep, you hit the nail on the head!
