Is it anything to do with Coral and Eurobet now requiring separate deposit methods?
It could be, although I haven't used Eurobet for years now so can't remember what payment method I last used there.

If I was desperate for this withdrawal I would ring up I think, but I'm not so I won't, probably leave it a few weeks and try again.
Just an update to this, my withdrawal request via Moneybookers went through OK on the second attempt. Still not sure why it didn't go through OK the first time, the message they sent out about having to 'refund to debit card first' didn't make any sense since I hadn't used a debit card for a long time, had fully withdrawn back to that old card anyway and had since made a number of withdrawals to Moneybookers successfully.
